Located in central New Jersey, in the Rutgers - New Brunswick area, I've been brewing in one form or another since 2008. In that time I've become a craft beer geek, explored most of the local brewpubs and breweries in New Jersey, joined and started several homebrew clubs, and met an amazing group of people in the homebrew and craft beer community!
If you are looking for local New Jersey resources for homebrewing, I recommend Harvest Moon Brewpub to explore local beers, Princeton Homebrew for equipment and ingredients, East Coast Yeast for your homebrewing yeast needs, and Ferment the World or PALE ALES homebrew clubs to join your local community of homebrewers and start learning more!
In the central NJ area, you will also find Brewer's Apprentice, UBrew, WHALES Homebrewing Club, and JJ Bitting Brewpub.
